To qualify for the procurement specialist role, which pays $50,000 per year and includes benefits, candidates should possess two years of college or four years of substitute experience, previous experience in a warehouse/manufacturing purchasing environment (not mandatory but a plus), and good language, math and reasoning skills.
Per the company, responsibilities include placing purchase orders within 24-48 hours of receiving the sales order; ensuring daily functions are completed such as purchase orders updated, order confirmations received, and product reserved; assisting in return of products and recalls when necessary; running and maintaining reports; interacting with excellent communication with internal departments and external vendors; addressing Accounts Payable issues within 24-48 hours of notification; and cross training on all basic functions of Strategic Sourcing.

Regarding the technical support/help desk representative, the full time role pays $26.50 per hour. Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree and be able to lift 35 lbs.
Per the company, responsibilities include providing technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Example of solutions include resolving username and password problems, uninstalling/reinstalling basic software applications, verifying proper hardware and software set up, power cycling equipment, assisting with navigating around application menus and troubleshooting email issues.
